Additional Benefits for Natural Resources Police Officers


  • Incumbents working night shifts which include four or more hours between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. the following day will receive 5% shift differential pay.

  • Salary increased per the Competency Based Career Advancement Pay Structure when meeting job requirements for Skill Building, Full Performance and Expert levels.

  • Vacation accrues at 9.5 hours per month. Rate increases with length of service.
