The Department of Human Resource Management, Employment Services invites you to search and apply for state government jobs using the Delaware Employment Link (DEL). Our goal is to link the right people with the right jobs where they can be part of building a better Delaware.

Our Employment Service Office is here to help you if you need assistance or access to a computer.

Normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except on approved Holidays.
