Additional Benefits for Youth Rehabilitation Counselors and Youth Care Specialists

  • Incumbents working B-Shift and C-Shift will receive 5% shift differential.

  • Incumbents will receive Hazardous Duty Pay in the amount $4620 per year in addition to their starting salary.

  • Vacation accrues at 9.5 hours per month. Rate increases with length of service.
