Civil Engineering Summer Internship Program
This summer, you could be part of the DelDOT engineering team working on projects in the field under the guidance and support of a senior engineer. For approximately three months, 29.75 hour work weeks, Civil Engineering Summer Interns are given an opportunity to participate in on-the-job training with strong mentors and on real projects. Our interns have worked on projects in Bridge Design, Environmental Studies, Project Development, Traffic, and Construction to name a few.
If you've completed your freshman year of college in a Civil Engineering program, are at least 18 years old, maintained a GPA of 2.0 or greater, and are looking to gain valuable lessons in the engineering field, consider DelDOT's Civil Engineering Summer Internship Program.
Civil Engineering Summer Internship positions are posted on the Delaware Employment Link (DEL) website from late February to the end of March each year. Questions may be referred to DelDOT's Human Resources Employment Services section at (302) 760-4800.
