We are Delaware's largest Law Enforcement agency with over 2,500 employees. Our five levels of supervision for offenders are part of a unified correctional system with all correctional facilities and institutions falling under the jurisdiction of the State. The Delaware Department of Correction supervises about 7,000 inmates in its four adult correctional facilities and approximately 17,000 probationers in the community.
