Career Counseling
The Department of Human Resources offers Counseling Workshops bi-monthly. Career Counseling Workshop sessions are typically held on the second and the last Wednesday of every month from 9:00am-11:00 am via Microsoft Teams. If interested, please call us at 302-739-5458 or email jobs@delaware.gov to sign up today! A link to join the virtual workshop will be sent via email prior to the workshop session.
For self-directed career counseling, job-seekers may also utilize the Career Counseling Self-Directed Workshop Presentation and Career Counseling Supplemental Worksheets.
Normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except on approved Holidays.
