Alternative Work Arrangement (AWA) Policy and Procedures
Employees may be able to work an alternative work schedule if approved by their manager. What a great way to balance your life!
Generous Paid Leave
The State offers a generous leave package. Eligible employees accrue annual and sick leave on a monthly basis.
Paid Holidays
The state offers employees at least 10 holidays per year and 2 Floating Holidays.
Paid Parental Leave
The State offers 12 weeks of paid parental leave following the birth or adoption of a child age 6 or under to eligible employees.
