Accreditation

On May 26, 2015, the Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement was officially recognized for earning State accreditation. The path to accreditation involved a long and laborious process which took several years to meet the 105 standards of the Delaware Police Accreditation Commission (DPAC). Employees take pride in their department, knowing it represents the very best in law enforcement.
